  • Manage employees by establishing work goals and allocating resources
  • Monitor changes regarding programming standards. Oversee quality assurance reviews and structured walk throughs
  • Manage feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, and the establishment and implementation of new or revised applications systems and programs
  • Prepare activity and progress reports regarding the activities of the applications systems and programming section
  • Review and analyze ongoing activity effectiveness and efficiency, and develop strategies for improvement
  • Develop a strong understanding of the business operations in assigned business functions
  • Benchmark, analyze, report on, and make recommendations for the improvement of the business partner management systems accordingly
  • Accountable to leadership to deliver agreed-upon objectives, achieve the timely completion of project milestones and deliverables, and forecast associated costs and resources
  • Prepare and deliver communications to various audiences including C-level and President level members. Must have experience providing insights and recommendations, and speak to the impacts on business results
  • Liaise with internal IT groups to establish strong continuity
  • Identify and deliver breakthrough value to the corporation and establish standard work process so the breakthrough can be repeated and shared with other operating companies. Support continuous improvement of the solutions established
  • Manage and adhere to policies based around inventory of company software and system assets and their corresponding contracts and/or agreements
  • Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned tasks
  • Define KPI targets/goals for department to deliver strategic business results
  • Conduct performance appraisals and recommend salary, hiring and disciplinary actions
  • Assist in departmental budgetary matters
  • Oversee and direct managed services, offshore, and contract resources to drive business objectives and optimize results for the companyWhat you have:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, MIS, or related field of equivalent technical degree plus 2 years' additional experience
    • 15 years of I.T. experience, at least 2 years of which should include I.T. management or program management experience
    • 12+ years of hands on experience in implementation and or supporting Oracle R12.2+, Oracle EBS and VCP applications.
    • 10+ years of Extensive Experience in working with multiple Oracle ERP modules such as:
      • Advanced Supply Chain Planning
      • Global Order Promising
      • Purchasing
      • Work in Process
      • Order Management
      • Inventory
      • Multiple end-to-end implementation of Oracle ASCP/GOP, Manufacturing is preferred.
      • Experience in implementing Configure To Order (CTO) using Oracle ERP R12+ is preferred.
      • Experience of Implementing Oracle ERP in Manufacturing industries required.
      • Experience in implementing Demantra is desirable.
      • At Least 5+ years of Experience in Leading team is preferred.What you're good at:

        • Understanding and practical experience with ITIL principles and processes
