What You’ll Do Respond to repair requests in residential and/or commercial settings. Diagnose and repair appliances using our proven Grand Appliance methods. Use tablet and/or smartphone technology to manage daily tasks. Work independently while collaborating with team members when needed. Handle other duties as assigned to keep operations running smoothly. What We’re Looking For Experience: 5 years in residential appliance repair. Physical Ability: Safely lift up to 100 lbs following Grand Appliance safety protocols. Skills: Strong customer service, problem-solving, and attention to detail. Credentials: Valid driver’s license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record. Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
