Job Description:
As a Supervisor Maintenance I&C at Constellation, you will
play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation and
maintenance of instrumentation and control systems in our energy
generation and distribution facilities. This position is crucial
for maintaining the reliability and performance of our
infrastructure, helping us deliver safe, sustainable, and
cost-effective energy solutions. Youll oversee a team of
technicians and collaborate with engineering staff, focusing on the
continuous improvement of our systems while adhering to safety and
regulatory standards. Supervise and lead a team of I&C
technicians in the daily operations and maintenance activities.
Plan, schedule, and execute maintenance strategies to enhance
instrument and control system functionality and reliability. Ensure
compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement continuous improvement projects to optimize
performance. Manage budget, maintain inventory of essential spares,
and prepare technical reports. Train and mentor team members,
fostering a culture of safety and continuous learning. Strong
knowledge of instrumentation and control systems in energy or
related industries. Proficiency in regulatory standards and safety
procedures. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong
analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication
