technicians already in place, your role is to build on their
momentum and expand the division’s reach Outstanding Compensation:
$150,000–$200,000, performance bonus, 3% 401(k) contribution,
equity through 100% employee ownership (ESOP), and robust PTO and
healthcare benefits Preferred but Not Required: Degree in
electrical engineering or PE license Experience in industrial
manufacturing or plant services Familiarity with BIM, 3D modeling,
or systems integration Business development or technical sales
background Location: This role is based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
