Installation and maintenance of power cables in the Cedar Rapids area and various locations across the U.S. 2. Conducting electrical troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Performing circuit analysis to ensure optimal performance of our machinery. 4. Regular maintenance of machines, including routine checks and repairs to prevent potential issues. 5. Collaborating with the team to develop and implement strategies for improved machinery performance. 6. Documenting and reporting all machine maintenance activities and issues. 7. Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations during the execution of duties. 8. Providing on-site support and training to junior technicians and other team members. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Permanent Sr. Field Technician position should have: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Field Technician in the manufacturing industry or a related field. 2. Proven experience in installing power cables, electrical troubleshooting, circuit analysis, and machine maintenance. 3. Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the U.S. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset. 5. Strong technical aptitude and the ability to work with complex machinery. 6. Proficiency in using various tools and equipment required for the job. 7. Excellent communication and team-working skills. 8. A strong commitment to safety and quality. 9.
