including maintenance and repair, to support entire organization.
Maintain grounds which include snow and lawn care. Maintain all
facility piping both above and underground, HVAC systems and all
utilities. Analyze market conditions and make recommendations for
purchase of energy (electricity, natural gas, Nitrogen and
hydrogen) to meet production requirements. Control costs and
