They're currently expanding their team — and the opportunity is high-paced, back-of-house focused , and built for long-term professional growth. Why This Role Stands Out: $60K - 100K compensation (yes, some staff are already earning 6 figures) ? On-call about 6 nights/month — firefighter-style schedule Every other weekend is a 3- or 4-day weekend ???
