Job Description:

Payrate: $36.21 - $38.00/hr. Responsibilities: Develop and deliver parts and technical certification courses for client’s compact construction equipment product line Collaborate with Instructional Designers to create training and materials Collaborate with Dealer personal to align training deliverables. Hands on experience working with machine systems including hydraulics, electrical, power train and engines. Demonstrated experience and comfort developing and delivering presentations to both large and small audiences. Ability to work within a team environment and lead a team to meet delivery dates. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Skills & Work Experience: Experience with construction equipment in roadbuilding and site development applications Experience in the training and development field related to instructional design, needs assessment and curriculum development. Experience working directly with heavy equipment customers and/or the dealer network. Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $36.21 - $38.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select.
