We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Lead to guide our team, shape strategy, and foster growth within a department. Y our Mission As Electrical Engineering Department Manager, you will be a key leader responsible for the direction, performance, and growth of the electrical engineering team. You will set the vision, develop strategies, and ensure alignment with broader organizational goals. Your leadership will inspire excellence, support professional growth, and drive the department’s success in a rapidly evolving industry. What You Bring Minimum of 10 years in electrical engineering, with industrial project experience. Professional Engineer preferred. Familiarity with power delivery for industrial projects including electrical engineering and design, field team operations, arc flash studies, and safety/compliance training. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to represent the department both internally and externally. Ability to inspire and guide teams, communicate vision, and foster a collaborative and inclusive environment.
