Job Description:
Arconic is currently in search of a Mechanical Engineer to join
our team in Davenport, IA.

over the past decade alone, Davenport has maintained its position
as a premier aerospace and automotive supply plant, and is today an
important hub of Arconic's business.
The Mechanical Engineer will provide mechanical engineering
services to the Sheet Finishing department to safely meet Arconic's
business plan for engineering, production, maintenance, and quality
standards. In this role, you will serve as a critical team member
to optimize the safety, efficiency, output, and quality of our
plant infrastructure (including but not limited to machine tools &
roll grinding equipment, buildings, grounds, water systems,
compressed air systems, environmental systems, and cranes) and
manufacturing processes. This position is responsible for
mechanical system integration for assigned area projects to create,
sustain, or improve manufacturing infrastructure, equipment, and
processes.

was opened in 1948 and currently employs more than 2,000 people and
ships product worldwide. It is in Riverdale in the Quad Cities
