As a Manufacturing Engineer you will have the opportunity to tap

- Identifying, recommending, and implementing ideas in
manufacturing area of responsibility to improve Product cost,
service, and quality.
- Ensuring process safety by leading PSM activities on all

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires
(at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree or higher in an engineering or science
discipline (completed and verified prior to start) from an

in this role, but not required include:
- Bachelor s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or
Mechanical Engineering (completed and verified prior to start) from
an accredited institution
- Two (2) years of Engineering work experience in a private,
public, government or military environment
- Experience as a Chemical Engineer in a Chemical based
- Experience with Reactor Systems
- Experience with Distributed Control Systems (DCS)
- Experience with applied data analysis and/or statistical
process control (SPC)
- Six Sigma methodologies experience
- LEAN systems development, implementation and execution
Travel: May include up to 5% domestic
