As a Process Engineer at Agrisolutions, you will have the opportunity to work with a strong Engineering team pushing towards continued innovation in agricultural manufacturing.
In this position a heavy focus will be on structuring and streamlining via programs like machine metrics, PM schedules for equipment. As well conducting various time studies on our new and developing lines!
Knowledge:Four Year degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, with at least a year of lean manufacturing experience preferred.
Work Context - Plan, develop and implement a full digital PM program utilizing our FIXX software platform - Get hands on experience with fanuc robotics system programming and troubleshooting - Be a champion of equipment efficiency, reporting, action planning and teamwork to hit world class levels of OEE - Lead capital projects, from design, spend plans to installation in our Rock Island facility - Share ideas and concepts of improvements with our global production and engineering teams - Become a powerBI superuser and SCADA system design influencer and champion - Strong problem-solving skills, accompanied by perseverance and patience are strongly desired.
