The Co-Op program is designed to offer college students the
opportunity to apply their curriculum knowledge to gain practical
experience. Assignments may be part of a Degree requirement. The
Co-Op will participate in various assignments and/or projects that
impact The Raymond Enterprise. Performs work under direct

required.Physical Requirements / Working Conditions:
Typically works under normal office conditions where required to
sit for extended periods of time. Regularly spends significant
amounts of time working in front of computer. May be asked to work
in a factory/engineering lab setting for specific periods of time.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required in accordance with
Company policy. May physically move and lift items up to 50 pounds.
Temperatures may vary widely; elevated in the summer, cold in the
winter depending on the department. Needs to be able to cope with
stressors and demands that are associated with the job and/or work
environment so that acceptable and defined levels of performance
