Regional Marketing Coordinator - BigIron Auctions (Land and Ag
Division)
Job Summary: As a Regional Marketing Coordinator for the Land and
Ag Division at BigIron Auctions, you will play a key role in
supporting the marketing activities and initiatives for our
auctions and listings in the agricultural and land sectors.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely
with the sales teams, auction specialists, and other
cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the effective execution of
marketing strategies at a regional level. This is an exciting
opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our business
in the land and ag industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Support the implementation of comprehensive marketing plans for
the Land and Ag Division, ensuring alignment with business
objectives and regional targets.
2. Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and sales teams to
develop region-specific marketing strategies and campaigns that
drive buyer engagement and maximize auction and listing
success.
3. Assist in creating compelling marketing materials, including
digital and print ads, social media content, email campaigns,
website content, and press releases, tailored to the regional
market and target audience.
4. Work closely with the sales teams to gather accurate and
detailed information about auctions and listings, ensuring timely
and accurate communication of key details to the marketing
department.
5. Coordinate regional marketing efforts, including scheduling and
executing marketing campaigns, tracking deadlines, and ensuring
deliverables are met in a timely manner.
6. Monitor and analyze regional marketing performance, utilizing
data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and
initiatives, and making recommendations for continuous
improvement.
7. Support the management of digital marketing channels specific to
the region, including social media platforms, search engine
marketing (SEM), and targeted online advertising.
8. Collaborate with regional sales teams to identify target markets
and buyer segments, providing input on marketing messages and
strategies to effectively reach and engage potential buyers.
9. Assist in organizing and coordinating regional events, such as
auctions, tradeshows, and promotional activities, ensuring seamless
execution and maximum attendance.
10. Act as a point of contact for regional stakeholders, including
customers, industry associations, and vendors, fostering positive
relationships and addressing any marketing-related inquiries or
needs.
11. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and
competitor activities in the land and ag sectors, providing
insights and recommendations to enhance regional marketing
strategies.
12. Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and other regional
coordinators to ensure consistency and alignment of marketing
efforts across regions.
13. Support the Marketing Manager in budget management, tracking
regional marketing expenses, and providing regular reporting on ROI
and KPIs.
Qualifications:
14. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a
related field.
15. Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the land and
ag industry or a related field.
16. Strong understanding of marketing principles, market
segmentation, and campaign management.
17. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the
ability to create persuasive and engaging content.
18. Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including social
media advertising, search engine marketing, and analytics
tools.
19. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project
management skills.
20. Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and
derive actionable insights.
21. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
and stakeholders.
22. Self-motivated with a proactive approach and ability to work
independently.
23. Passion for the land and ag industry, with a desire to
contribute to its growth and success.
