The advertising operations specialist plays a critical role
supporting the analytics and performance media teams. Responsible
for ensuring proper campaign setup, tagging/pixel management, data
dashboard quality assurance, trafficking of creative and digital ad
placements, and delivery of reporting for performance media
Has working knowledge of multiple ad servers such as Google
Campaign Manager, Adobe, etc. Ability to work across multiple
accounts and departments on a daily basis, efficiently organizing
workflows and delivering on deadlines. Helps manage the setup,
implementation, management, execution and QA of paid media
campaigns. Monitors campaign delivery to ensure campaigns are
running as expected and provide troubleshooting support for
trafficking issues related to creative and publisher
implementation, escalating to third-party vendors (HULU, Roku) when
necessary. Reviews new media plans with media team before
trafficking and partner with analytics team to configure primary
campaign KPIs. Assist analytics team in tag implementation, QA and
placement of Google Tag Manager and Floodlight tags. Works directly
within ad servers and DSPs to issue tracking tags for digital
Knowledge of both internal and outsourced digital fulfillment
requirements and workflow. Understanding of best practices in paid
media analytics, reporting and tag manager.
Ability to analyze and evaluate information and troubleshoot
errors. Must be able to organize and prioritize workload to meet a
variety of conflicting deadlines. Proficient in a variety of
technical and web-based platforms. Maintain knowledge of industry
trends, best-practices, new tools and technology.
A Bachelor s degree in marketing, communications, computer science,
business information systems, programming, statistics or a closely
related field is required.
Minimum of 3 years of professional level experience in performance
media, marketing analytics and data visualization, preferably at an
agency or can demonstrate comfortability working in a fast-paced,
high volume atmosphere.
Certification in Google Tag Manager required. Certifications in
Google Ad Manager or Google Marketing Platform is preferred.
