Our consistent part-time work schedule of 7 am-4 pm or 8 am-5 pm, Monday through Friday, is designed to support a healthy work-life balance, allowing you to excel in your role while also having ample time for personal pursuits and commitments. All that you need is: 5 years of customer service experience Fluency in Excel and Outlook Computer experience is essential Cost accounting or bookkeeping experience is preferred! You process job invoices, answer calls, and schedule estimates to ensure customer satisfaction. You also calculate job costs, gather submittal information, and prepare payroll by collecting time cards from the team. At the month's end, you manage invoicing for new construction and multi-family projects and work with colleagues to finalize accounts while processing payments and mechanical permit requests to maintain a smooth workflow.
