Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities: • Answer all incoming calls quickly and in a courteous and professional manner • Handle employee/client requests and concerns with tact and diplomacy • Refer visitors/callers/clients to appropriate individuals within the organization • Coordinate all incoming and outgoing couriers, keeping track of all packages, and communicating with staff when necessary • Perform clerical duties, special projects, and maintain records as required • Some office housekeeping: Maintain reception area and offer beverages to guests • Distributing to visitors, and maintaining supply of parking passes, as necessary • Assisting with reception and proper storage of office supplies, working with other operational staff to ensure copy/supply room fully stocked • Assist operations and accounting team with expense reports • Verification of vaccination proof for visitors as required, in line with the company's Covid 19 protocols Key Qualifications: • Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) • 1 to 3 years administrative experience • Positive, enthusiastic and professional attitude • Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail • Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team • Proven self starter Key Competencies: • Excellent and confident communication skills • Strong work ethic and great attitude • Demonstrated excellent and confident telephone demeanour • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision • Calm and focused under all circumstances • Integrity and Trust • Strong ability to multitask What you'll be a part of: • Break time: free snacks, winter holiday office closures, reduced hours in summer • Party time: office bar carts, after work drinks, holiday and summer parties, and sometimes just because • Be inspired: regular film screenings, concerts, and opportunity to get involved in industry events • The office: modern facilities, in house screening rooms, more snacks, and swag • Build a better world: transcend entertainment to our corporate social responsibility activities.
