Actively participates in establishing, executing and reporting progress against both tactical and strategic direction for the operation including financial and non-financial metrics. Develops monthly forecast and prepares annual operating plan for location. Provides financial direction, analysis and alternative for marketing on setting prices and driving the richest product mix for the location. Maintain financial and cost control systems to provide accurate and timely information. Develop BU-wide analytical tools for decision support – accountable for ROC Database and progression. Basic qualifications: B.S. degree in Business concentration in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution 7 years' experience in the finance function of a publicly traded corporation in increasingly responsible leadership roles. Manufacturing & cost accounting experience Experience directly supervising others Leadership of plant-wide process improvements (e.g. inventory reductions, forecast accuracy improvement, cost reductions). Preferred Qualifications: MBA a plus More than five years of Finance/Accounting Experience Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and oral form Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Self-starter Experience with querying databases Excellent analytical skills Experience with cost accounting Interested in hearing more?
