Over 50 years ago, our department was founded with the mindset of offering investment and estate services as a fiduciary. By definition a fiduciary is bound, by law, to go above and beyond the "Suitability Standards" placed on much of the investment industry. Fiduciaries are required to put the best interest of their clients ahead of their own and we bring this level of integrity to our clients each and every day. This is the way we have conducted our business for over 50 years and we are excited for what the next 50 years will bring. WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH A SIMILAR MINDSET TO FILL THIS ROLE.
Our clients currently entrust us with over $420 million in assets and maintain an average household balance in excess of $1million . We value excellent experiences for both our customers and our employees, and know that every person working here is important to our success. Because of that, we encourage their ideas, celebrate their achievements and promote their development.
Northwest Bank & Trust is a community bank with an entrepreneurial spirit. We are constantly looking for ways to build on our success which means we are not afraid to think outside the box and do things differently. That's why we assembled a team of leading local tax & accounting firms with over 300 years of total experience, and combined them with our expertise in banking and wealth management - to provide a truly complete financial services platform for our clients.
We will provide you a working environment where you will understand why what you do matters. You will know how you are contributing to the overall success of our organization and will share in the pride of our accomplishments. Plus ... we have great benefits including a choice of Health and Dental plans, Long Term Disability and Life Insurance, a 401(k) with an employer match (both Traditional and Roth options), and the option to work partially remotely.
Northwest Bank is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or veteran status.
