In this role you will focus on the financial aspects of manufacturing with an emphasis on analyzing and reporting on patterns, trends, and influences that impact operations including costs, inventory, and compliance, and driving improvements in these areas.What You Will Do:

• Facilitate and create clear, concise, and consolidated financial reporting including forecasts, monthly closes, quarterly budgets, and annual plans with a focus on delivering value added and insightful information for management decision making.
• Drive Inventory improvements in expanded reporting, excess analysis, and coordination of bi-annual physical inventory counts with a focus on accuracy and guidance on targeted balances.
• Drive processes with regards to budgeting/forecasting and standard costing together with the development of annual standard costs, including labor content and overhead allocations.
• Understand and enforce company controls, policies and procedures utilizing SOX 404 narratives, internal accounting policies and recent internal audit findings
• Understand factors and influences specific to the focus area of your groupWhat You Have:
  • Bachelors' Degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience specific to finance or accounting, preferably within a manufacturing environment
  • Highly skilled with Excel
  • Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis
  • Ability to communicate and influence effectively in both written and verbal correspondence
